THE FINE PRINT, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 27, 2026.

These terms cover your use of the Mellow Market website and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Mellow Market is a retail shop at 3833 50th Street, Lubbock, Texas.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or unavailable — and if we do, you are not charged, or we refund any amount already collected.

Products, pricing, and availability

We describe products as accurately as we can, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, or price is error-free. Prices and availability can change, and in-store stock moves faster than the website. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order before fulfilment.

Payment and taxes

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including any applicable sales tax and shipping. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Pickup and shipping

Pickup orders are collected at the store during posted hours. Shipping is available for eligible items to eligible destinations, shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is picked up or handed to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful, personal shopping. Please do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse it, and do not resell our content as your own.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes any rights you have that cannot be limited under Texas or federal law. Where liability can be limited, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is handled in the courts located in Lubbock County, Texas.

Mellow Market rewards

Rewards membership is free and identified by your phone number. Members earn one point per dollar of merchandise purchased in store, after discounts and before sales tax; tips and card processing fees do not earn points. 100 points may be redeemed for 25% off one purchase, applied to the first $50 of merchandise in that purchase (a maximum of $12.50 off). One redemption per purchase. A redemption cannot be combined with mix & match pricing, a coupon, or any other discount, and purchases made with employee or friends & family pricing do not earn points. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are reversed if a purchase is refunded. We may change or end the program with notice posted in store or on this page.

Mellow Market rewards texts

Grayskull Ventures LLC, doing business as Mellow Market, offers two optional text programs, each with its own separate unchecked opt-in box. Digital receipts: after a purchase you make, one automated text with a link to your receipt and your points balance. Marketing: recurring automated texts about products, store offers and rewards promotions, which require their own separate consent. Agreeing to one is not agreeing to the other, and neither is required to join or use rewards. We also answer customer-service questions by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or rewards membership.
